  • I've lived in Scottsdale for well over 15 years the mail vault has gone thru its fair share of owners. The newest owner, Michael, has made the store make a complete 180. I use to drive out of my way to send a package because the store was less than pleasant. Michael is one of the most genuine guys I've ever met and makes doing business with him so pleasant. The mail vault has definitely improved leaps and bounds in my eyes. The store has also been remodeled, it looks CLEAN which is saying a lot if you saw it prior
