  • I usually come here to get pedicures and a fix or fill( if my regular nail tech isn't available). So today I called to make an appointment to get an acrylic fill with gel and a gel pedicure. I'm told that I could not make an appointment and that I had to be a "walk in" and that a walk in was better. Whatever. So I went as a walk in, I get seated almost immediately in the pedicure chair. The lady who was doing my pedicure first complained that I had gel on my toenails (DUH since I'm getting a gel pedicure)and complained that she had to take it off. She proceeded to give me the wrong color on my toes and then stated "oh lucky me" when I informed her that it was the wrong color. When it came time to do my nails she began to rush, and while she was rushing she nicked my cuticle with the drill. When I had asked her how much...let's just say I was way over charged. Two weeks ago, I had gotten a gel fill and gel pedicure and was charged significantly less and to top it off I had two different people work on me. Needless, to say after today I will not be coming back.
