  • Denim Scottsdale has gone through a lot of great changes in these past few months, which I am very excited to use all the new pools, gyms, and hammocks! I've lived in this apartment complex now for almost two years and have never had any problems what so ever! I have never seen any bugs or scorpions in my apartments which is a huge deal for me, the landscaping is always done and looks on point... at least more towards the front of the complex haha, and the best part about Denim Scottsdale is all the staff! I have not had one bad experience with anyone working here only good ones! Everyone you'll meet is knowledge, funny, easy on the eyes ;), happy go lucky, helpful, down to earth, you can tell they enjoy working here, and they all work very well as a team! One person there in the office named Brad, has been my go to guy (aka my besty) since I've lived here! When I was down sizing last year, I came in on my lunch break for only one hour because I was in a huge time crunch for this apartment that I really wanted. Brad was able to do a transfer of apartments and get everything set up for me and made me the happiest girl in that hour! When ever I had any questions or needed help with just even switching out a light bulb, he would let me know that it's okay to call him for anything and he'd be there to the rescue, and even when I needed some decorating ideas this guy told me all about where to get cute couches for a reasonable price from and even told me he'd help me pick out some things if I wanted! Now that's what I call exceptional customer service, and I've worked for Wells Fargo for ten years and have an ideas of what good customer service looks like! But no lies here, truly everyone in the office down to the Maintance workers, down to the people that pick up our trash and recycle are wonderful and exceptional good people! I couldn't be happier living where I am! Thank you Denim Scottsdale Crew, you guys are the best of the best! Keep up the great work! With love peace and happiness!
