Update! I files a complaint with the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration and 2 days later they emailed me a receipt for a refund. They didn't bother to call me or email me back with an apology what so ever. But I got my money back, that's all I was asking for. i have missed this bus so many times and I didnt try getting a refund bc its my fault, but this was not my fault that's why I took it this far. ***BUYERS BEWARE***
