I was recommended to Derma Health by a friend. She was going to a different location but I thought that services should be the same for all and went to P.V. location. I had a consultation and was presented with a recommendations for about $ 2,800 ! I was very surprised about the cost, since I didn't ask for a surgery(lol ) only some fillers..... Ultimately Sharon suggested that they can do very nice job where I still will see a big difference for about $1,800. I agreed and doctor did the filers. Doctor was very nice during the procedure and even suggested not doing an additional filer on different part of my face, since like she said I probably will not see much difference. I was very pleased with her being so honest. Instead I asked for extra botox and was very happy with these results. Unfortunately the fillers that I paid for $1,800 didn't do any difference. I went back to the office and explained my concerns. They did additional pictures of my face and compared with my pic's before. There was no difference at all. I was upset about throwing away $1,800 for no reason, and asked Sharon for some type of credit for future procedures like botox sine I was happy with those. She suggested to speak with somebody within the company who makes decisions on how to make it up to the clients who paid a lot of money and for whom the results were not delivered. She said she will call me. She did, 9 days later and said that they will give me a credit for $110.....I told her not to insult me with that offer... I spent $1800 for nothing due to her recommendations and now she offers me less then 7% credit....Over all I am upset with Sharon for wrongful advise on what procedure I should have to achieve the best results and very ignorant offer, when NO RESULTS were deliver. I would have gone back to this location because I was happy with a doctor and the botox she did for me, but Sharon made a very negative impression on me. As somebody who just wants to push the most expensive products and procedures and not really listening to what the client wants. Her response to me was that I didn't buy what was first recommended to me for $2800.... and I explained that she came back to me with another offer insisting that it will deliver the results I want. I still think $1800 is a lot of money and I could have spent it on something else if she told me that there will be no difference....
