  • If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. I went to this salon to get a color change on the acrylic set I already had. While I was picking out my color a few people walking in behind me and the nail tech told me to sit down. I told her politely that I was not done picking out my nail color and I would just need one more second. She told me they would just pick a color for me and that I needed to sit down because there were more people waiting. When I sat down she painted one nail and proceeded to tell me that she wouldn't paint the rest of my nails with the color I had chosen because it "didn't match my skin tone". I told her that this was the color I wanted and she then said she wasn't going to paint my nails with that color and I needed a new one. After arguing with her I picked another color and she painted the rest of my nails. After all of this, the color was streaky and had bubbles in it so I AGAIN politely asked another nail tech if he could fix the color and he told me there was nothing wrong with it and got all of the other girls who were working to come over and tell me that there was nothing wrong with the color. I was still keeping my cool about the situation and let them try to fix it but instead they just added another clear coat which made it look worse. At the end of all of this I was appalled and emotional about the way each of the employees handled their business and the way they treated me as a customer. I have never been to a salon that was so rude and awful towards me and I will never return. I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I did, DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON.
