  • I had service out several times because my KitchenAid (luxury brand haha) dishwasher did not clean the dishes. Each time the service person came out, they were shown the dirty dishes. I was told to use specific dishwashing soap and lemon shine and STILL it did not clean. When I called on the weekend and left a message for service (yes, people do work during the week) I never got a call back SEVERAL times. The service center never referred me to the manufacturer because they could not fix the problem. Complete lack of service! They did not keep accurate records. The employee that came out twice is no longer with the company. I still have a dishwasher that doesn't work. BE WARE!
