  • Working with Imperial for a pool removal could not have been any easier. Justin got me a quote very quickly, answered all questions I had and explained the process well up front. His pricing was very competitive as well. When I decided to move forward, he got the city permit quickly. Their crew showed up on time (early in fact) all days, and knocked it out of the park. They worked very quickly and neatly, there was zero mess left after they were done. Encountered no problems at all from Imperial. The only problem I had was that the rock delivery company (someone I scheduled with) flaked and didn't deliver the landscaping rock as ordered. But Justin and Imperial were able to do a pickup of the rock and saved me a lot of hassle and issues. Removing a pool isn't a light decision to make, but I would highly recommend Imperial for anyone considering the process. I'd happily use them again for any excavation work I needed (although honestly I can't imagine what else I would need now that the pool is gone)
