  • Horrible once you fall for the "0% Interest Scam" and realize how many little charges are added (i.e. insurance, paperwork fees, convenience fees, random little misc fees) oh don't forget "pro rated" fees added monthly. After talking and faxing insurance paperwork many times, they still deny receiving it and refuse to remove the charge from my account. The customer service in store and the corporate line is horrendous!!! I am opening a complaint with the BBB about this horrible, deceptive company. Also FYI the prices are much higher than other similar places. Also when you set-up the account they will default the payments to last multiple years with criminally high interest rates.
