  • Unprofessional office environment, can overhear private staff conversations while at their desk that included phrases such as "prostitute, whore and 'choke the shit out of her'" while waiting in the back area. Private cell phones ringing loudly (how hard is it to just switch your phone to vibrate when you get to work?), and being answered while standing around back office in front of waiting patients. Talking on private cell phone while booking my next appointment was pretty blatantly unprofessional. I was told physical therapy wasn't covered by insurance and it was 50$. Flash forward to my PT appointment, and it was essentially a chiropractic visit which my insurance DOES cover so that felt like a rip off. I liked the chiropractor, but I'd like some of my money back being that I pay for insurance coverage for a reason. I mentioned the charge and my rationale to the doctor, he checked a box so that the woman booking my future appointment would review my insurance benefits with me. She failed to do this, most likely her personal phone call took precedence to actually doing her job. I'll being going elsewhere in the future for my needs.
