Forced to work with this company via the home warranty company for a washing machine that stopped working in my rental home.
No one answers the phone (female British accent on the voicemail which is funny). Callbacks come afterhours, from a restricted number, so if you happen to miss the call and you call the main number back, you are stuck with the voicemail again.
Put in the call on 11/7 and still haven't heard back. Canceling the service call so that I can attempt to get assigned to a different technician.
