  • This place is a joke. I was checking out their inventory on line and I saw a used car that I wanted. Called them up to make sure they still had the car because I didn't want to waste my time driving all the way down there (i live off of Durango and US 95) they said yes we still have it when do you want to come down to look at it? I told him i'm on my way down it will take me awhile because I do live way across town no problem i'll have the car waiting for you to test drive. I told him great i also mentioned that I wanted to trade in my 03 VW Jetta he said great I'll let my used car manager appraise it. So I drive down there and when i pulled into the dealership i got nothing. No "can i help you can i point you in the right direction do you have an appointment with anybody?" NOTHING! so i walk in to the reception desk and informed her that I was there to look at the Challenger they had on line. She looked dumbfounded & asked me who i spoke with & then it dawned on me that the internet guy NEVER told me his name! So I tell her someone from the internet department so she gets on the phone & here comes the guy i spoke with "Mike" i said I was the guy who i talked to about the Challenger he first looked at me as if he didn't know who I was or what I was talking about so I said i'm the guy that came across town and I had a n 03 VW I was trading in? He said "oh right right" like SERIOUSLY?!?!? I just talked to you!! I informed him that he said he would have the car waiting for me so WHERE'S THE CAR??? he says "oh i believe it's in the back let me check" WTF?!?!? you said you would have it ready for me when I got here! He then asked if I brought my trade uh duh i told you I had a trade so he says ok good let me see your keys so my used car manager can appraise it. I said ok and gave him my keys (BIG MISTAKE) meanwhile I'm waiting for him to bring up the car..waiting waiting now by this time i'm a bit ticked off..FINALLY he comes back & guess what NO CAR he said "its over at our other lot" WTF?!?!? what other lot?? He said it was over at their warm springs lot. I said ok fine whatever lets go. Get over there and guess what NO car AGAIN. I was LIVID! he then had the nerve to say i just got this Hyundai tiburon on trade that you have to see.. Uhh NO not interested I said I want to go back and pick up my car and leave. We go back and i said I want my keys you wasted enough of my time so he goes & gets his used car manager to get my keys. Used car manager comes up & HE tries to land me on the stupid Hyundai that I didn't want NO! i want my keys he then tells mike go show him the Hyundai..AGAIN NO! just give me my keys he then steps away and told me they were in his desk meanwhile here comes mike with the crappy Hyundai he said man look at this it is cherry..NO NO NO JUST GIVE ME MY DAMN KEYS!!! I had to literally threaten them that I was going to call the police if they didn't give me my keys! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I went to Prestige Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and got a MUCH better deal and didn't get any BS..sorry chapman.. FAIL
