  • Today is my 3rd time coming in here and trying their drinks. I LOOOVE milk teas and teas! If you check out my check-ins, I've been to almost all boba places here in Vegas. I'm not adventurous with drinks. I usually get the same thing at different places but some exceeds my expectation while others doesn't even compare. Perfect scoop is my prime example of why 4 stars with 510 reviews doesn't mean a thing. Drinks- I've tried their Thai tea and it has a weird after taste. I don't know how to describe it but I never thought you can mess up something so common. I've also had their honey dew milk tea which wasn't as bad but wasn't great either. Just recently, minutes ago before I decided to write this, I ordered a mango/peach iced tea. I asked what base they use and the lady said black but they can do it green tea as well. I chose green tea since that's what I'm used to. It also had that weird after taste like a burnt tea in a way. Green tea is supposed to be refreshing so it's pretty disappointing. I think it's the type of tea they use. Desserts-I tried their macaroon ice cream which was okay but the macaroon was too chewy. It could be cause of the ice cream i guess. Their ice cream is pretty good though and there's tons of flavors to choose from! Service- no one greets you when you come in which I know is a basic customer service. Also I was in line for a while and no one acknowledged me except the girl who made my drink and took my order. It seemed busy but there were about 6 people there working including a gentleman who seemed to be training a new employee. Also they were unorganized. You don't know who's taking your order and who's ringing up. Kudos to girl helped me out and let me know my drink might take a bit of a wait. Ambiance- very cute and super Animéd. They also have a rewards program where you can win Pikachu stuffed toy. I love the walls and old school arcade games they have. Very kid friendly and inviting. Cleanliness- I rate it at a zero. The freezer they store their ice cream seemed to not have been cleaned. They also need to get someone to wipe the dining and trash area. Also there were ice cream splatters everywhere in the freezer. I understand that it could be busy sometimes but they need to find a way to navigate their people around the store to keep everything clean since they are handling dairy products. Overall, this place is in the bottom of my list. I gave them 2 stars since they now have dippin' dots which you can not mess up (I hope) and also their prices are low but I'd rather pay extra bucks for the other boba place so that I can actually finish and enjoy my drink.
