  • Had just come from out of town where I visited a beautiful, well stocked wig salon run by a truly professional woman. I had spent 2 afternoons with her, and she was amazing. I went to Wig Studio to compare stock and prices. Was shocked to find the hair piece that I had seen for $135 with a price tag over $500. The hairpiece was not my color, but the owner told me if I took it, she could sell it for $350. If she had to order my color, it would be full price. I was getting a hairpiece for fun, but as I sat in the shop, she sold a wig to a cancer patient for $600. It was a man made wig!!! Not real hair!!! The owner told us that she held the patent on the invention of hair extensions. Really??? Then why is she not mentioned in any patent information when you go to the patent website? The labels are missing from her hairpieces. She says they are privately made, just for her. True? Or is she removing them so customers can't compare prices. I walked out. I am only writing this review because I hate to see someone with a real need for a wig taken advantage of.
