  • This review is for a specific employee, Feliz. I bought a new cold cup for my coffee this morning and she asked if I wanted her to rinse it out before hand. Now this may seem like nothing, like common sense, but not only is she the only person who had ever asked(I buy too many cups) but she's the only person I've actually seen do it. So five stars for her. THAT is customer service. Feliz, you da best.
