  • Called because my washer stopped working after roommate washed a big fluffy rug in it. I had gotten to the point of removing the front cover of the washer and emptying coin track which was packed full of stuff, but washer still wasn't draining well. When I explained I worked night shift, they squeezed me in earlier during the very next day then they had an opening for to accommodate my sleep. $55 for the service call, but was told price would be waived if they did repairs for just the cost of repairs. The figured out what was wrong (line was still clogged from drain trap to the drum) and fixed it in under 30 minutes. Guys that came were professional and super nice!Total cost $125.
