  • OMG, so glad to find this company (if that's what you call them) here to review. Never even thought to look for them on Yelp. I can't believe the same thing that happened to Amber H, happened to me. I spoke to Bill on the phone. Found him on Craigslist. He seemed so nice and professional and knowledgeable. We talked for quite some time and I gained enough confidence in him to go ahead and book a service call. He claimed he was sending Steve, his best repairman, yada, yada. Low and behold, no one ever showed up. I waited and waited and finally called and like Amber, he was rude to me, played dumb, didn't know what I was talking about, etc., and told me I was rude and hung up on me. Before he did that, he said he didn't even want to work with someone like me and told me to take my business elsewhere. Really???? Stay clear folks.
