  • The guest services manager today Brad Shaffer was very friendly and helpful. I needed to print out a ticket for a concert at PPG Paints and he was willing to let me use the computer and printer to get my tickets, although I was not a guest in the hotel. The hotel staff is more than friend I will definitely recommend this hotel to any friends/family coming to visit the Pittsburgh area! Thanks again Brad, you were GREAT!!
