  • We decided to drive West and ended up here. Uh-Mazing. This distillery is in a super cool building, has award winning cocktails (and a few that I've never tasted anything like before), and a great staff. Our bartender, Ashley, was so friendly and fun. She gave us all of the best recommendations for the area (Tavernakaya for more awesome drinks & Japanese comfort food, Tipsy Cow for goat cheese curds!!). We got to feel like locals for a night because of her awesome recommendations. The history of The Old Sugar Distillery is so cool! Make sure you learn about it while you're having a drink. The Honey Cap is delicious and I can see why it won awards. Perfectly balanced, not overpowering. They have a few snacks and a food truck outside. Don't miss this gem!!
