  • I went in Pavel's to inquire about getting a bridal set I have that was yellow gold reset in white gold. I spoke with Dima. He was really great! I had my heart set on a white gold set,and he told me how much it would cost to get what I wanted. But then he suggested I try to dip them in Rhodium instead, and if I did not like them, I could always go and get them reset. I wasn't convinced, but I gave it a shot anyways. 1 and a half hours later I went to pick up my piece. I was totally floored at how they turned out. They are astonishing!! I came in and I thought I was going to break the bank to get what I wanted, and instead of letting me do that, Dima found a way to get something I love for a mere fraction of what the cost would have been. He explained to me that the Rhodium plating would wear off and need to be replaced and maintained , but he pointed out that I would save money if I did like the plating. He literally saved me thousands of dollars, that he could have made off of me. I was really impressed with him! He has this no nonsense demeanor that speaks of honesty and pride in what he does. It was refreshing. The atmosphere was very laid back and comfortable. I NEVER leave reviews , but I am leaving this one because I promised him I would. Dima made sure that I had the best experience possible. I dont think there is any other place that I could have gone that would have treated me the way he did. I never once felt like a walking wallet. I left very satisfied, and if or when I do choose to get those rings redone, i will most certainly be coming here to get it done.
