  • I normally don't shop at Best Buy but as I started looking for appliances I get to know about them, I've been in this store for quite several time, most of the employees are very nice and friendly who just really want to help you out. I like those who comes to you first, that means they really care and really want to help, if you see one standing around and not aware there's customer, then it's probably not good. I love their price matching program, I've been saving hundreds of $ with them already within 30 days of purchase by either finding it cheaper at another store, or their price dropped. This lady named "Lilian(?)" who works at the Geek Squad is a total sweet heart. Also, they usually have the best deal for new CD or game, I got Linkin Park's CD for $9.99 when it first come out. Few things I would like to see improvement is some of the employees doesn't seems to know much about the product itself, or they confuse me with what they "think" they know about return/price matching policy, so if they can get this improved that would be awesome, I'll continue to go back for their great service. Thanks Best Buy.
