  • I'm very pleased with the service I received from George Brazil. Not only did they send out a very qualified tech but they didn't even charge me a service fee for coming out. (Almost everyone else wanted $70). My techs name was Rose M. She was Professional as well as very friendly. Rose determined in the first 10 minutes that the capacitor wasn't at full strength. She replaced it and to my joy cold air was blowing through out the house. Before she left Rose explained the warranty & the invoice to my satisfaction. I would recommend George Brazil to all. I don't know what there rotation is and I'm sure all their techs are qualified but ask for Rose.
