  • Came here for physio because they are cheaper than all the other physio places in the city. Definitely a mistake and waste of my insurance coverage. The two receptionists are the rudest I've ever experienced anywhere - they honestly act like they could care less! If there was information that the front desk should have known, they didn't and even told me to go back and ask my physiotherapist for the information as if I were a messenger or something. They also start charging you for everything while you're getting treated because I've had an incident where I'd finish and get ready to go to the front only to get a rude remark about reaching the maximum for insurance coverage, having the bill shoved in my face, and treating me as if I couldn't pay otherwise. Barely any patient to physiotherapist time is given, it's mostly hooking you up to one machine after another while leaving you completely alone. I didn't feel like my progress and concerns were being followed as I hardly got a chance to talk to her. Horrible experience, glad I found another place that is so much better.
