  • I was in desperate need of an oil change after driving 1000+ miles cross country on a whim (Ie. I didn't perform routine maitenance on my car before I left). Prescott was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained everything. I don't recall the gentleman's name that replaced my serpentine belt, but he was equally as fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. No appointment necessary.
