  • Of course one of the hottest days the air Condition goes out and of course it's a weekend. We call our Warranty company and they begin to call every air Condition company in Vegas. By the way I have a health issue that warrants me to be in air Condition pretty much all the time. American Home Answered to the Warranty Company and not only answered understood the severity of the situation and were here at my home in two hours and had our air fixed in two hours Tony was amazing . Great customer service and he explained exactly what was going on with our air Condition unit. Hats off to a great company that works with honesty integrity and compassion
