  • Wow going into this location was better than talking to the customer service people on the phone. I think the manager helped me and he was really welcoming and friendly. I noticed he greeted every customer who came into the store. I've had terrible experiences over the phone with Cox employees. This was a big difference. If I weren't canceling the service for Century Link and Vue I'd only go through this location.
