An absolute disaster! Again extremely poor management and corporate isn't any better. I made a review that I believe management did not like and now my husband and I are being retaliated and harassed against. I only told the truth in my Yelp review (poor management, the printer never works. Pretty much the same thing in everyones reviews) My husband is a Personal Trainer and he trains elderly people at no cost (FOR FREE) for charity work. He has been doing so since we moved here in April. Not one staff member has had an issue with this until I posted my review.
He was approached and told he could no longer train in the gym because residents are complaining and we can't run a business from the gym. A complete LIE! Because its only business if you get paid for it.
#1 he only has 2 guest (1 at 7 am and 1 at 10 am) they come on Tuesday & Thursday
#2 there is never anyone in the gym
This only came about because of my review! It states no where in the lease that our guest can not accompany us in the gym.
Right before this incident. The Manager Stephanie told my Husband to stop speaking to the employees at the front desk becase they need to focus. We took this as a bit disrespectful seeing as though we only stop to say hello or how's your day. The basics of a polite person!
I called corporate and spoke with Ally, who seemed a 'little' understanding and said she would have the VP Lori contact me. When I didn't receive a call I then called back. Ally was not the same. She stated they had been conversing with Aspire management and that "we have too much foot traffic" My review must have ruffled feathers. Not only my review though. I contacted a few residents who had complaints as well and they have the same retaliation/harassment issue! Sad right? Today I have yet to receive a call from Lori
