I requested an online quote 3 days ago. When I received it, they asked if I wanted to book an appointment that day and I accepted. About a half hour later they called me back and said they needed to reschedule me to Thursday because they needed 2 hours to tint my vehicle, so I agreed. When I showed up at my scheduled appointment, Julio Garcia was busy eating a cheesburger and said he couldn't do my vehicle because he needed 3 hours to do it. I explained the situation with already being rescheduled by them once before, and he said that he can't do it, despite there being NO OTHER vehicles there. I asked for his supervisor and he told me he was the boss and owned it. When I started to call the corporate number that booked me, he quickly picked up his phone and ran outside to talk to his real boss. He came back in and put Travis on the phone, apparently the VP of the company in Utah and said that if Julio would rather eat his burger than tint my vehicle then he didn't care. Horrible customer service and a horrible company. I went 2 miles down the street to Sunset Tint, paid the same amount, and he had me done in an hour and a half. Do not waste your time with these idiots, just go to Sunset Tint and get real customer service with a great job and full warranty. Let Julio eat his cheeseburger.
