  • After my horrible experience, I am updating my review to say that the tech was very nice and professional, used booties and fixed our problem. I still think the company is not up to par because their service issues seem systemic, especially because this tech worked from 6am and didn't leave our house until 10pm... I could not survive those working conditions!
