rev:text	Headed to the Mandalay Bay pool today. Tried to park in the lot by the Shark Reef, due to the Magic Convention there was VERY limited parking. I am ok with that BUT the "special event staff" directing traffic was rude and unhelpful they kept sending me in a big circle no parking spots when I stopped to ask where I could park I was told to just keep driving!! Wow...I am not sure I would recommend this place for a convention because customer service starts IN THE PARKING LOT.
