  • I had a broken tire valve pin and could just manage to drive to the place somehow. Reaching there, they found the wheel lock key missing from the car and Audi dealership was "non-responsive" due to Sunday. It was taken care of and I was kept informed of details and options which usually doesn't happen after the car goes into the workshop.Great thanks to Andrew at front desk and Darren in the workshop for saving my day!
