We brought the family to stay here for the Memorial Day Weekend and found the grounds/security/Maintenence/pool staff all to be very rude! It's unfortunate as the facilities are nice, but the staff left us feeing very unwelcome! My daughters were scolded by the pool/security staff (of course not in my presence, my wife told me after the fact!) our DVD player didn't work after in unplugged it and plugged it back in I called for a replacement. Then they sent Maintenence down to "fix it" by apparently unplugging it and plugging back in and talking down to me as how simple it was to fix! I find it funny that the staff is aware that you have to regularly do
This to make it work???? Lastly we have a few more business/leisure trips planned through the summer and after this experience I must say we'll be spending our money with a different company if this is the way Wyndham runs their properties! It's crazy to me in this business climate that the hospitality industry isn't more competitive and demanding of their staff from the bottom up! I just presumed customer service was the number one priority in the business world today especially in the "HOSPITALITY" industry, I guess not!
