| - I've lost two pets in the last two months, and I took both to Faithful Companion. They are kind and caring to me, and very respectful of my pets' remains/cremains. They are definitely trustworthy.
For the first pet, who was euthanized at the vet, I opted to drop off the body and pick up the remains myself to save some money. It was definitely worth the cost for a small cat. Their offices are right by the airport, and easy to get to. Everyone I met in person treated me gently and respectfully.
The second pet, who was euthanized at home, was picked up and dropped off at my house. The same person took care of both, and he was kind and respectful both times.
I opted for private cremation, and for their basic price Faithful Companion returns cremains in a very nice wood box (my husband is a woodworker and even he admires the boxes--so they're not chintzy).
Overall, for the combination of price, quality, and service, I think Faithful Companion is impossible to beat.
