  • Stayed in a 1-bedroom suite on the 31st floor and there was a constant/consistent knocking sound every 30 seconds or so. Really weird and kept me from sleeping well since it was pretty loud and consistent. Menus and room service/spa stuff are all hidden inside the weird TV system. Also found a previous patron's used hair tie (with hair on it) inside my bed...
