Same goes here. I had an old BC Rich 10 String that needed repairing and I wanted to do a FEW upgrades. After 4 months with this guy I told him to wrap it up and return
it back to me and bill me for the work done. I couldn't take his BS any more. It s all about what Ed thinks and he could give a hoot (to use better language) about what the customer really desires. Unless you are some multi-million dollar star I doubt he would pay any attention to your needs. I pity him he will probably die as lonely as he probably is now. His staff in Vegas seem very nice but you can tell his over-opinion of himself is reflected in the prices! All of this happened when he was back east. Hopefully the crew in Vegas have all of those issues sewn up and in the past now.
Could you imagine working for this guy?
