  • On 2/24, I came across this location in passing and decided to get my oil changed while in the area. I usually go to a Take 5 location that's located within proximity of my apartment complex, but I thought to give this location a try. I'M SO GLAD I DID. These guys deserve free lunch from the company, free gift cards, extra PTO...something! My apologies, as I do not recall the 3 guys that I interacted with, but the customer service here is superb. From start to finish the communication and all other necessary skills were spot on; even seeing how they spoke to each other added to the pleasant experience. One of the service men pointed out that I needed to have the cabin filter replaced. FYI, I've had my car since 2011 so there has been plenty of oil changes performed on my vehicle and no one took the time to actually look at the cabin filter..that thang was dus-TAY! This actually motivated me to look at the aged manual located in my glove compartment; I did not know a filter was located there. Anywho, to conclude, I will be visiting this location from now on!
