  • "As a Disabled Veteran, a first time home buyer using my VA loan, and living in a different state than where I was buying a home at, I was very nervous about going through the home purchasing process . After talking to David, and working the steps of buying a home, David quickly put my anxieties to rest. David walked me through the home purchasing process thoroughly, and was on call day and night to answer any and all questions or concerns that I had. Being from a military background, I have a "no excuses" mindset, and respect has to be earned with me. I can assure you that David has earned not only my respect, but also my trust. There were times when I became frustrated and David was understanding and worked with me through those times. David went above and beyond the call of duty that I expected from a realtor, working with my federal fiduciary and numerous others involved in the VA loan home purchasing experience. As most of us know in the military, things can be very bureaucratic, and there were many instances where I thought I may lose the chance to get the home of my dreams because of VA paperwork, but again, David worked tirelessly to negotiate with the lender and the seller to get things done. I am so very relieved that I now have my dream home in a beautiful state, at a great price, all because of David's integrity, work ethic, and "make it happen" attitude when it comes to satisfying all of his clients demands. I will recommend David to all of my friends and family if they ever decide to purchase or sell a home. David is absolutely the ONLY realtor that I will work with in the future if i decide that I need one. He has earned every bit of praise, respect and trust that he has shown to me these last couple months. He even went so far as to welcome me into my new home by having a welcome home note, and a case of beverages that I can enjoy while I relax in my new pool!
