  • In December of 2015 we needed to buy to recliners! I knew the brand I wanted and did a search to see who sold Best Brand chairs in our area. Kerby's came up and was close by! We went over and were greeted by Phil. Told him what we were looking for and found exactly what we wanted! He was even able to get it delivered to us within 2 hours! After a year's daily use I noticed that my recliner mechanism wasn't working the way it should. Took the chair in and Phil had the serviceman check and and they ordered a new mechanism. They received the mechanism within a week, called to let us know, and hubby took the chair in and it was done within the hour! Awesome service! As a side note - fellow RV'ers - of you need RV size furniture check with Kerby's first with your measurements! Regular furniture comes in all sizes that will fit RV's and cost much less than if you buy at an RV store! Thank you Phil for great service!
