For Valentine's Day, my boyfriend upon my urging bought me a box of Nadège macarons. It was one of the best presents. He was only able to get vanilla and matcha green tea flavour, but I didn't care. Each macaron was like a piece of heaven. My bf who didn't even like sweets devoured the macarons. I tried to save a piece/day, but the box was finished in about a week.
My colleague told me that the owner is from Lyon so I wasn't surprised the the macarons reminded me of France. This is definitely my fave macaron place in Toronto. The only drawback is that they're expensive (at about 2.00/macaron); so, i would only buy for a special occasion or indulgence.
