  • I brought my dog earlier this morning when they just open. As soon as I walked in the door I'm asking politely : hi are you guy open, the guy in the counter look at me mean and just point it to the front door " like didn't you see the open sign " . He was rude, I should get his name. Seem like he just woke up and doesn't want to be bothered And he said you have appointment, I said no,,, Coz I thought you guys just open so I walked in. And he is like phone number? He seem like just not happy at all I'm giving him a business early in the morning. And my dog seems very nervous too and tried to run away , he seems like didn't even want to be there. So I told him you know what never mind, and I just took off. I'm not the first time customer there, I brought my dog there all the time , the lady , I think she is the owner, she is very nice and pleasant, but this guy , he is just rude. I would never go back to this place. There is plenty grooming place to be. Wish I can reach the owner and tell her what her employee can ruin her business.
