  • Where do I start. The owner has no business sense whatsoever. I paid $155 for a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom when we have a 4 bedroom home however only use 1 bedroom. So she calls her employees in the middle of the cleaning to micromanage what they are doing. Not only that she sent me rude text messages trying to make it seem like it was MY fault that my house was not cleaned properly. I believe it's safe to say that the STAIRS and the bathroom DOORS are some of the most used areas in a home. So what does she say? "Oh there was not enough time to budget." Really? 1 bedroom was cleaned how was their no time to finish the stairs and do the bathrooms 100%? Also, I told them not to clean our office and they ended up not vacuuming the dining room. That's a lot of square footage they did not have to clean. Plus they didn't vacuum the hallways. How was their not enough time to budget? Her workers were nice but the owner has no idea what she is doing. Additionally, I NEVER booked a monthly cleaning but she proceeded to send me a spiteful email today telling me my booking was cancelled. It's obvious she is being unprofessional because the reason for the cancellation says "this booking and all future bookings". How amateurish when I never asked for a second cleaning. It's laughable really. I NEVER wanted a second cleaning from her company. She was rude to me when she called the cleaners during the hour and tried telling me what the dirtiest spot in my home was...of course the master bedroom that's in every home. Instead of trying to talk to me during the cleaning she should have been talking to her cleaners and telling them what they need to do; I was busy with my 6 month old baby. She is rude, incompetent, not friendly, unprofessional and I would definitely not recommend using her services. Additionally, her website states $155 for 3 bedroom 3 bathroom and then she tried making it seem like that wasn't the actual price so I told her this is misrepresentation. Why have a website that states prices when in actuality they do not reflect what the hourly will be? She needs to correct this but again she is incompetent. The only positive thing about this was her workers were friendly that's about it. I do not put fault on them it's the leader who does not know how to lead a team and execute properly.
