Usually visit this outdoor Facility about once a year. We enjoy picnicking on the lawn and listening to the Cleveland Orchestra. First time visitors should be aware of the high price for all the concessions and simply bring any food items that they need. Executive Staff needs to address the unprofessional conduct of the parking crew. When we arrived we were directed to a lot which appeared to be full. But the parking attendant vigorously directed us to park behind another vehicle. However once we pulled into the spot our vehicle was about halfway extended into the traveling lane. Several people who walked by our vehicle had to walk around it and we got some nasty stares. We asked the attendant if we could move to a more accommodating space and with a smirk on his face stated "no." We politely explained that we were afraid our vehicle would be hit by another car and with another grin said we had to park there. We asked if he would be responsible if Our car got hit and in a sarcastic manner said "sure". I believe his name was Alex. He walked away and we asked another attendant. Again no help. Your staff needs to initiate better training procedures or better yet hire educated individuals to handle all parking matters. Patrons should be addressed as "Sir" or "Ma'am". When staff is unable to perform simple functions it's an indication that Management needs to start addressing the issue. Your Facility relies on contributions and all employees should address EVERY patron with respect.
