  • brought in my car for rough run when cold and check engine light , after leaving car for 5 separate times to total over 3 weeks , always a reason it,s not them ( will tell you who ever had it before did everything ,? , but every car that comes in was worked on by someone else before at some time ) car runs rough when starts and has a check engine light !!! was told by scott that the lights have to due with parts needing changed . agreed to that ( that turned out to be 9 parts replaced over three different times .some parts were charged labor of $250.00 to replace pvc valve ,but no pvc valve was on purchase list ,Huuum ? . after all 9 parts replaced , check engine light ON .brought it back in 5 times to be shut off . then told it must be another part ???? $ 1400.00 lesson to be told by other mech. most of that did not need to be done ,as well some of there work must be redone ( still vacuum leak that they fixed ).did bring it in for oil leak .was told one price by scott ,that turned into another price when done ( gasket price was changed, labor was changed , and oil change that was never ordered ???? ) but they did fix the oil leak YEAH !!!! .if you don't mind leaving your car many times and letting them just keep replacing parts they might get your problem taking care of . poor diagnostics ..would not have to replace as many parts if they knew what that were doing and just not guessing !!
