  • Worst Starbucks location in Charlotte! For years now, CONSISTENTLY BAD! I lose my head after a year of staying away (again) and decide to give them another shot....shame on me! The drive thru service is awful! The drinks are awful! The staff can't muster a smile or hello, and couldn't care less about getting your drink right. I spent $8 on a drink, that was made wrong, TWICE, and ended up with something that tasted horrible! Such a waste of money, STAY AWAY from this one, it's worth it to make a drive elsewhere!
