  • Stayed at the Augustus tower in a pet friendly suite for 5 nights and had a great experience, as always. Staff was friendly and helpful, from the self check in, to the front desk agent Alexjandro, who was able to quickly revise my reservation without issues. The location is great, and in the 115* summer heat, easy to stay in AC and walk to the Forum shops and resturants. The Americano cafe was good, however lunch for 2 was nearly $90 for a simple burger and fries and ice tea for 2. Most of the resturants in Ceasars Palace do not accept the Total Rewards card, however the Starbucks does! Room was very clean, housekeeping was excellent - very friendly. In lieu of valet, we used self park ($10/day) - it's a very long walk to the Augustus tower and check in, so be prepared! The 5 star service, location, and clean rooms make me a loyal customer. The bed was amazing! No fridge, however I used the 2nd sink as a cooler and just filled it with ice (ice machine located on every floor, no vending machine). Room service was excellent - hands down, I highly recommend.
