  • From day one there has been nothing but issues. The neighbors do not consider other people by playing loud music all hours of the night or honking their car horn at 3am,residents walking round asking for hand outs always with a different story,car break ins even residents being shot at for trying to prevent a break in. Yes the apartment are decent but need some cosmetic work even are the renovations.
