  • Overall, we liked it. Clean room. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour in the evening. The happy hour included free food (though it was consistent of unhealthy carbs). Nevertheless, the full "meal" was a nice addition. Evening staff (Jessica and Liz) were really nice. During the day, there was some discrepancy that seemed a bit hostile initially (Julie and Frank). The discrepancy was regarding the shuttle and the "5 mile radius" which suddenly didn't include downtown (that should be verbalized beforehand, as we reserved the hotel with the thought that the shuttle service was available). Checking out with Iris on the last day was nice (Julie stepped back and away), as she was very cordial and efficient. Otherwise, loved it. Thank you for the good service. Will be back, pending closer proximity to the downtown area or shuttle service and price offered by competitors. Thanks.
