Terri went above and beyond to find what my insurance needed insider to replace the sofa. My original invoice got thrown away and terry went through 3 months of delivery invoices to find it. Faith is restored in this company.....
******UPDATE******4/25/14
Got a hold of Terri and she was claiming she never got. So in the end she notified me I would have to go through the protection agency. Called the protection company. Called and now they will call the furniture store and find out manufacturing warrenty and if it covers first. Ugh Will call them next week to follow up. Hopefully I will get a couch by the end of may..
******UPDATE******
Fast forward 6 months later couch breaks again. Called on Tuesday 4/25/14 and emailed pictures over to their email. Still no response. Called again today and will try and to get a hold of them. Will update as progress happens.
Note:
Pro: prices are great, beds have given us no problems
Cons: Unorganized, no customer service, no communication
*If you still buy from here just protect yourself with a few tips: Always keep your receipts, buy the insurance, and ask for communication in writing to.I bought around 9/13/2013 Do not buy from here. Seriously I will never buy from here again. I bought 3 bedroom sets, universal bed frame, mattresses and sofa sectional. I told them we would need everything by the 30th and was told that would be no problem. I was stuck on two sofas and told them I would measure the new livingroom and let them know, I called the day I was supposed to and let them know we would stay with the sofa ordered. I was told they didn't order it because of confusion also that not all my stuff would be able to be delivered like scheduled. It is so unorganized there. I let them know I was wanting a refund since they weren't holding their end up, hours later they got it resolved and would be delivering. The Sofa broke in the first week. The universal frame was broke by the 2nd day we had it. I had made sure to let them know I needed a heavy duty frame and even brought my husband in. I was told that it was an industrial frame and would be fine. they delivered @8pm at night after being 5 hours late. I would have canceled but couldn't as we needed the furniture for my daughter birthday the next day. They delivered the wrong dresser, night stand and mirror. When I called about frame they told me I needed to bring it in they wouldn't pick it up. I have a little car and the frame was not going to fit needless to say I found a vehicle and returned it. They did refund the frame. When they picked up my sofa they also took the ottoman and gave me a loaner sofa. It took over 3 weeks for them to deliver my sofa but forgot they took my ottoman. It has now been over 2 weeks I have been waiting for my ottoman. I called today to ask for a refund since I don't have my ottoman and I no longer want to wait for it, I was told they have it and were waiting for me to return their call. I never received a call.
On a positive- the dressers, night stands, two queen beds and frames are holding up.....
Not worth the savings.................................................
