  • Ok, now I'm impressed! After reading my review they called me and asked if they could have Rosie back free of charge to perfect her nails. They also spoke to the groomer about being sure they get the nails short enough with squirmy pups and if she's having difficulty to come ask for more hands. (Let me remind you, the Groomer, Laura was terrific, but perhaps no match alone for my little wiggle worm) Hands down best service, customer service and follow through I have yet to see in a grooming business. They made me a customer for life!
