  • I wish I could give 0 stars! This was the absolute WORST nail experience of my life!!!!!! First of all, they soaked off the SNS I had for almost an hour!! RIDICULOUS! It soaked for almost the entire duration of my pedicure. And then when they finally took it off, my nails had weakened from the long soak and they were super rough and broke my nails! So now I had to get tips .... unhappy. I tell the tech I want coffin shape... she proceeds to file it Square.... I said no I want coffin .... another tech had to come file. Then she didn't even make my nails the same length!!! Who walks around with nails professionally done and they are all different lengths????? That's so tacky! I had to check behind every single nail and compare. Needless to say..... I DO NOT recommend this place at all. There is a nail shop just on the other side of the parking lot.... go there. This was so upsetting.
